Summary- Both of these Atlanta neighborhoods areprime for a church plant. They have a very low church presence and according to those I spoke with not much ministry wise is happening there. Land and property is much cheaper here when compared to the rest of Atlanta and the towns are far more transitive and MARTA heavy than usual. Sadly many church buildings sit abandoned and unused.
